Current Job qualifications & Requirements

Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • Active Georgia License in good standing
  • Current BLS & CPR certification
  • Negative TB test
  • A signed statement attesting to a clear history of patient care (No Misconduct)
  • Pediatric or home care experience is a plus

License Practical Nurses (LPNs)

  • Active Georgia LPN license
  • current BLS/CPR, negative TB test
  • a clear history of care (no misconduct)
  • Must be able to follow care plans and work under RN supervision per state regulations.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Completion of required orientation training
  • a “No Misconduct” statement signed upon hiring
  • A negative TB test is required
  • CNAs should be skilled in assisting with daily living activities and vital signs monitoring
  • with a compassionate bedside manner

Registered Nurses (RNs)Companion Sitters/Caregivers

  • Prior caregiving experience preferred (can include personal/family experience)
  • Must be able to read and write English fluently and follow both verbal and written instructions
  • First Aid and CPR certification required
  • Physical ability and patience to assist clients with mobility, personal care, and companionship activities
  • A negative TB test is required for all caregivers.
