How do we get started with care?

It’s simple – just give us a call at (470) 342-3627  to let us know you’re interested in our services. We’ll schedule a convenient time for a free in-home assessment with you and your family. During that visit, our experienced RN will determine your specific needs and work with you to create a comprehensive plan of care. There’s no obligation – just an opportunity for you to learn about your options and for us to understand how best to help. Once you decide to move forward, we can typically start care quickly, matching you with a suitable caregiver and taking care of all the paperwork. Your first step is just a phone call away!

Do I need money upfront?

No. We do not require any upfront payments or deposits. You only pay for the care and services after they have been provided – and only once you are completely satisfied with our service. We will discuss rates and payment arrangements with you during the care plan process, but rest assured, there are no surprise fees. In many cases (such as clients eligible under GAPP or other programs), families have no out-of-pocket costs at all. Our goal is to make home care accessible and stress-free, including when it comes to finances.

Am I required to sign a long – term contract?

No. Unlike some agencies, Oasis Superior Healthcare will not lock you into a long-term contract. You are only charged for the actual hours of care we provide, and you can change or discontinue services at any time with no penalties or fees. Upon starting services, we do ask you to sign a standard Service Agreement – this simply outlines our commitment to deliver the care you need, on the schedule you choose, and ensures we’re all on the same page. If your needs change, our nursing staff is always available to reassess and adjust the care plan. You remain in control – our services are here for as long (or as short) as you need them. Your satisfaction and flexibility are guaranteed.
